Course Overview:

Cooking Basics is for students ages 12 & up. Students enrolled in this course will learn the basics of kitchen safety, organization, vocabulary, skills, and clean-up. After which they will jump into kid-friendly recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Students will also receive homework to practice and expand on the weeks concept (this is not a requirement).
